With furniture arranged in a cozy garage and set up in the backyard too, nobody could have foreseen the bright future ahead for Clearance Warehouse. Several months later, Clearance Warehouse moved up a rank when we opened our first official store in Valhalla, Centurion. A motivated and committed team developed a small store from scratch. The shop was small yet roomy enough to dream big.

Clearance Warehouse grabbed the opportunity and moved into bigger premises; an Industrial Park in Centurion, Dirk Smit.

Dirk Smit offered two spacious warehouses which allowed a more extensive variety of furniture, and this is how Clearance Warehouse started making a name for itself.

The real rapid growth of Clearance Warehouse begun when a branch was opened in a shopping centre Byls Bridge Promenade in Highveld, Centurion.

The team then moved all furniture and staff over from Dirk Smit Industrial Park to the branch which was quickly populated with large amounts of customers coming in every day.

This branch has ever since remained our leading & main branch in Gauteng to this day.

With a very dedicated and hardworking team in Centurion, Clearance Warehouse was afforded the opportunity to expand and open yet another branch in Silverlakes, Pretoria in the N4 Gateway Industrial Park.

Another branch was bound to open, but this time in Northlands Deco Park, Randburg.

Clearance Warehouse took it to the next level by opening a fourth branch in the East Rand area; in Boksburg. Our Silverlakes branch changed locations and moved to Montana where sales skyrocketed.

3 years later with five branches – our latest branch being the one opened in October 2020 in Newtown, Johannesburg Central, and headquarters based in Midrand.

Truly blessed we remain steadfast in our roots and will venture into other provinces and neighboring countries. Clearance Warehouse alongside We Buy Furniture will certainly become household brands.
